Chris Tudda, a historian in the U.S. State Department, will present a talk titled "The Truth Is Our Weapon: The Rhetorical Diplomacy of Dwight D. Eisenhower and John Foster Dulles" at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, in 16 Robertson Hall.
