One in three Americans are obese.
Nikhil Basu Trivedi:
Each team gets 90 seconds, and the winning team gets $1,000, as judged by our esteemed panel of judges.
Nikhil Basu Trivedi:
It's sort of a warm-up event for TigerLaunch, which is our business plan competition.

Contestant:
My idea is a webcam version of Teach for America.
Contestant:
...yet all they lack are a few trace amounts of 11 minerals.
Contestant:
I'm a professional cyclist, and I can say that it rides better than any other bicycle currently on the market.
Contestant:
...and it will have a soothing chamomile flavor.

Nikhil Basu Trivedi:
TigerLaunch has been going on now for 10 years. This year's prize fund is going to be about $15,000.
Nikhil Basu Trivedi:
And so, we sort of want people to start thinking about their ideas from now.
Nikhil Basu Trivedi:
We hope that many of the people who will enter TigerLaunch have entered Princeton Pitch,
Nikhil Basu Trivedi:
and we hope they continue on and enter TigerLaunch in the coming weeks.
