Alumni photo show pays tribute to Gowin
An exhibition of photographs by Princeton alumni who studied under acclaimed photographer Emmet Gowin, a professor of visual arts in the Lewis Center for the Arts, will open Saturday, Oct. 24, in the Rockefeller College Common Room.
The show features images by more than three dozen alumni, some of whom have become established photographers in their own right. It coincides with the opening of the Princeton University Art Museum's exhibition, "Emmet Gowin: A Collective Portrait," which celebrates Gowin's legacy as an artist and inspirational teacher.
The alumni photo exhibition will run through Friday, Dec. 18. Viewing hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
