print"Cuba in the 21st Century" will be the topic of a lecture at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, in 16 Robertson Hall. Julia Sweig, the Nelson and David Rockefeller Senior Fellow for Latin America Studies and director for Latin America studies at the Council on Foreign Relations, will speak and sign her new book, "Cuba: What Everyone Needs to Know," after the talk.
