Robert Finn, the former U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan and a senior research associate in Princeton's Liechtenstein Institute on Self-Determination, will present a talk titled "Afghanistan: Points of Power" at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, in 16 Robertson Hall.
