Black Arts Company: Dance to present spring concert

The Black Arts Company: Dance, a Princeton student hip-hop dance troupe, will perform at 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, May 6-7, and at 6:30 and 9:30 p.m. Saturday, May 8, in the Film and Performance Theatre at Frist Campus Center.
The company will present its spring dance show, titled "The Real World: BAC," which will feature a variety of dance forms, including hip-hop, popping and locking, tutting, jazz, modern and reggae.
The company was founded in 1990. Its performances blend history, tradition and dance forms from Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America with modern, jazz, lyrical and hip-hop dance styles.
Tickets are $6 for students and senior citizens, and $8 for others. They may be obtained through University Ticketing online or through the Frist Ticket Office in person.
