FACULTY AWARD: Foster named Cullman Center Fellow

Hal Foster, the Townsend Martin, Class of 1917, Professor of Art and Archaeology, and co-director of the Program in Media and Modernity, has been named a 2014-15 Fellow by the New York Public Library Dorothy and Lewis B. Cullman Center for Scholars and Writers. The award is given to independent scholars, academics and creative writers whose work will benefit directly from access to the collections at the center. Foster was named for a project on modernism in 20th-century art.
