Icy conditions delay classes, opening of offices until 10 a.m.

Because of icy conditions, Princeton University will delay opening today until 10 a.m. Classes scheduled to begin before that time will not be held.

Only employees in essential services roles should report to work for shifts requiring them to work before 10 .m.

The Frist Campus Center is open, as are residential dining halls.

TigerTransit buses are running on a regular schedule.

Campus libraries except Mudd Manuscript Library are open as scheduled.

Athletic and recreation facilities are closed until 10 a.m.

The University is expected to resume normal operations at 10 a.m.

Any updates will be posted on the University homepage and on the SNOW line, (609)-258-SNOW if new information becomes available.

Members of the University community can manage how they receive non-emergency messages, including weather-related notifications, via the Princeton Telephone and Email Notification System (PTENS). PTENS allows authorized Princeton officials to send information simultaneously to individuals via landline phones, cellular phones, text messages and e-mail.
