FACULTY AWARD: Torquato receives National American Chemical Society award

Salvatore Torquato, a Princeton University professor of chemistry and the Princeton Institute for the Science and Technology of Materials (PRISM), has received the Joel Henry Hildebrand Award in Theoretical and Experimental Chemistry of Liquids from the American Chemical Society. The award recognizes distinguished contributions to understanding the chemistry and physics of liquids. Torquato and other recipients of 2017 ACS national awards will be honored at an awards ceremony Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at the 253rd ACS National Meeting in San Francisco.
