Submit Events: Overview

 

Use the submission forms in this section to promote offical campus events on the University’s main website or in the Princeton Weekly Bulletin’s (PWB) calendar and Nassau Notes sections. A separate form exists for submitting news items and awards notices. These event submission forms are visible to users on the campus network (princeton.edu). They also can be accessed off-campus by logging in with a Princeton netID and password. If you would like to promote an official campus event and cannot access the forms, send an e-mail to the editor.

Please read the following policies before submitting your event announcements.


Policies

  • Only events sponsored by a University entity and taking place on campus are considered.
  • Priority is given to those events with broad appeal to the University community as well as those that showcase its diversity.
  • Due to the heavy volume of requests, not all events submitted will be posted.
