There are several kitchens throughout Mathey College which are equipped with a stove, oven and refrigerators. The college provides cleaning supplies to each kitchen, however kitchens are not equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Those are the individual responsibility of each student using the kitchen.

Edwards – ground floor
Hamilton – ground floor, 5th entryway
Joline – ground floor, 5th entryway
The kitchens are unlocked, with the exception of the Hamilton and Joline kitchens. Access to the Hamilton and Joline kitchens can be made through a student Kitchen Coordinator, Jen Haak ’13 (Hamilton) and TBA (Joline).
The Edwards Hall kitchen has locked cabinets, which students can check out a key for the year through the College Office.
Room Policies: The kitchen manager keeps a record of kitchen users and oversees that the room is left clean and equipment is properly maintained. Food stored in the refrigerator must be marked and can only remain for 1 week. The kitchen coordinator is not responsible for food and items left in the kitchen or in the refrigerator. After one week, refrigerated food will be disposed of. A list of safety guidelines and college policy is posted in the kitchen and all students who use the kitchen are expected to maintain it.
