Academic Skills Workshops
The McGraw Center offers workshops that show students how to study smarter. These academic skills workshops cover a variety of topics — for example, problem-solving like an expert, preparing for precepts and exams, overcoming test anxiety and procrastination, giving strong oral presentations, and managing time.
The McGraw Center also partners with several courses each semester to offer workshops that develop learning strategies within a disciplinary context. Courses may include introductory chemistry, economics, math, molecular biology, physics, politics, and sociology.
