Media Services

These charges apply to all non-course-related activities and are assessed on a daily basis. There is no charge for equipment used in conjunction with regularly scheduled classes or for the use of equipment that is permanently installed in classrooms, lecture halls and lounges. However, normal labor rates apply for Media Services technicians and student A.V. assistants who deliver or operate equipment for non-course related events. Equipment can be picked up at Media Services, B New South, or delivered and picked up for a fee, generally $50.00 or $100.00 depending on setup requirements. Delivery service is not available to student groups. A late charge of $10.00 per day will be assessed for overdue equipment.

Please note:
Borrowers must provide a University account number in case equipment is damaged, lost or stolen. Media Services can only rent to University Departments and registered student organizations.

Student Organizations

All Student Organizations, Undergraduate and Graduate, must provide a signed copy of your Event Registration Form before we can reserve any equipment. An Event Registration Form can be filed at the Dean of Undergraduates Office for undergraduates or the Graduate School Office for graduate students.
