Frequently Asked Questions

What types of material do you have?

The Mudd Manuscript Library has two major collections: University Archives and Public Policy Papers.

The University Archives contain records created by University faculty, staff, and students. These records document University administration, the development of academic departments and programs, as well as student life.

The Public Policy Papers collection contains manuscript collections from individuals and organizations in the areas of 20th-century American foreign policy, jurisprudence, journalism, public policy formation, and international development.

Because the collections at the Mudd Library are rare or unique they do not circulate. Patrons are welcome to visit the Library. Users may also request photocopies.
