Musica Alta
Hosted by the Rocky Classical Music Hour on Friday, May 4 at 7:00 pm, Musica Alta is thrilled to present a performance of seventeenth- and eighteenth- century music from England, France, Germany, and Italy. The program includes a recorder concerto by Robert Woodcock; chamber works of Francois Couperin, Jean-Marie Leclair, George Frideric Handel, and Giovanni Battista Fontana; and a cantata by Dieterich Buxtehude as performed in Stockholm in May 1682.
