Office Assistant (coordinates all course offerings and inputs into CIS, facilities work orders for Department, liaison with janitorial staff, assigns lockers and provides keys to majors, certificate students, graduate students which includes ~250 students/semester taking private lessons. Provides secretarial support to 13 faculty and 3 senior lecturers, staff and some support for 40 private teachers. Inputs all calendar information into PWB, Department website. Plans and implements all department social functions.
