Nadirah Mansour's research focuses on Arab intellectual history of the 20th and 19th centuries, with particular attention to themes of religion and authority. Past research has been conducted on Islamic governmental institutions in the Palestinian context as well as Quranic exegesis and Islamic law. She spent the last year in Amman, Jordan, on a CASA I fellowship administrated by Harvard University.
