Princeton Neuroscience Institute

Patrice Gensel, Assistant Director of the Institute, holds an M.A. degree in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and a dual bachelor of arts degree in History and English Literature from Drew University, Madison, New Jersey.

Arriving at Princeton University in July 2001, she worked for the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs as Supervisor then Director of Finance until August 2007. At the end of August 2007 she began her tenure with the Princeton Neuroscience Institute.

She has worked in academia for over 30 years at such diverse institutions as the University of Pennsylvania, Washington University in Saint Louis, East Central College in Union, Missouri as well as at Princeton. Her interests include hiking, biking and other athletic pursuits, traveling, cooking and reading.
