Princeton Neuroscience Institute

Randee Tengi has been working for the University since 1991. She holds a degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University, and is a systems administrator and programmer for the Institute, providing desktop, systems, and application support to staff and users of the PNI computing facility. For many years she was a software engineer on the WordNet project, a lexical database developed by Professor George Miller and colleagues in the Department of Psychology. She enjoys spending time with her family which includes two young adult sons, her husband, Chris, who works for the Office of Information Tehcnology, a 95 pound dog, Hugo, and his counterpart,   Lucky, the six pound cat who thinks he’s a lion. Outside of work she likes to cook and read, and volunteers for several community organizations including the Hopewell Valley Education Foundation.
