Academic Advising for Seniors
The senior thesis is a requirement that invites creative thought and promotes the consolidation of a student's work both within the major and more broadly across the liberal arts curriculum. Seniors should maintain regular communication with their thesis adviser throughout the year. Seniors must take a minimum of six courses during the academic year. It is important for seniors to review their degree progress reports to confirm that both departmental and general graduation requirements can be fulfilled before May in order to graduate with their class. Residential college deans and directors of studies provide guidance and support regarding graduation requirements not specific to the major.
