NOTE:  For AY2011-12, all prize recommendation forms are due in the Office of the Dean of the College no later than Tuesday, May 29, 2012.  Due to the Memorial Day holiday, for prizes submitted on May 29th there will be only four days to process prize forms, get checks, prepare certificates, and have everything ready for departments to pick up on Friday, June 1.  If at all possible, we ask departments to submit as many prizes as possible the week before to allow time for processing.  Thank you.
