Registration and Self-Identification
Students with disabilities who seek academic accommodations in undergraduate courses must register with the Office of Disability Services. Registration is a voluntary, confidential process and may occur at any time during the student's course of study.
For incoming students, this process may be initiated by completing the Disabilities and Other Special Needs form in the matriculation packet and submitting documentation to ODS. A preliminary determination on accommodations may be made on the documentation submitted followed by an intake interview that will be scheduled for when students arrive on campus at the beginning of their first year.
For current students, ODS is happy to make appointments to discuss its services, and provides a registration form online. Submission of documentation may precede or follow an intake interview.
Students may contact the Office of Disability Services at 609-258-8840 or firstname.lastname@example.org for information on registration or to make an appointment.
Students seeking housing or dining accommodations should contact Dean Maria Flores-Mills in the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students at 609-258-3054. Appointments should be scheduled through Debra Hudasko at 609-258-3054.
