Dean Baldwin is the international student adviser, develops and oversees the pre-orientation program, completes and certifies all visa and practical training documents, and counsels foreign students in their transition to Princeton. She is the coordinator of co-curricular programs for the Freshman Scholar's Institute, advises the Sustained Dialogue Program and also advises students of color on programming and personal issues. In addition, she assists with aspects of RCA training.
