Optional Practical Training Information Sessions
Are you interested in working in the U.S. over the summer? If so, you will likely need to apply for work authorization or Optional Practical Training (OPT). To learn more about OPT (application guidelines, timeline, etc.) please be sure to attend one of the following information sessions.
- Thursday, November 19th, 2009 @ 4:30pm, East Pyne 010
- Wendesday, February 3rd, 2010 @ 4:30pm, East Pyne 010

Travel signatures for Thanksgiving break and winter recess
If you plan to travel outside of the U.S. during Thanksgiving break or winter recess and the travel signature on the 3rd page of your I-20 will expire prior to your return, you must obtain an updated signature.
- Bring your I-20 to West College 313 and place it in the I-20 drop-off bin, which is located outside of Dean Baldwin's office.
- Dean Baldwin will endorse the 3rd page of your I-20 within two business days.
- You may pick up your I-20 anytime during business hours, M-F from 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Same day signatures will not be provided so please be sure to plan accordingly.
