Biography

Yoo-Kyeong Kudo joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2011. She provides advice on a variety of areas, including business transactions, real estate transactions, institutional lending, privacy, information technology and security, risk management and trademarks. Yoo-Kyeong also supervises litigation arising in these substantive practice areas, and provides advice and counsel on regulatory and compliance concerns. Yoo-Kyeong is a fellow at Forbes College. Prior to coming to Princeton, Yoo-Kyeong was Counsel in the Corporate Department at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in New York City. She received her J.D. (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) from Columbia Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from University of California at Berkeley.
