Contracting
In order to protect the University's interests, the provisions of all contracts entered into on behalf of the University, whether for goods, services or any other contracting need, must comply with University contracting policies. In most cases this will mean using a University-approved form of contract and seeking review by appropriate University departments prior to signing a contract, commencing work, holding an event or otherwise engaging an outside party.
