New "Archaeology in the Field" Course in Greece
ART 304 "Archaeology in the Field" is a six-week, hands-on introduction to the methods, theories, and practice of excavation and archaeological survey. Students learn how to excavate and survey and how to record, analyze, and interpret what they find. On-site experience will be complemented by seminars, guest lectures, and trips to regional archaeological sites. The application deadline is November 21, 2012.
