Office of International Programs Advising

Study Abroad, International Internships, Fellowships

A number of resources are available to you as you plan to study abroad or complete a summer international internship, make your pre-departure preparations, complete your international experience, and reintegrate into life on the Princeton campus and in the U.S. The OIP will provide advice to you at each stage of this cycle.

Advising by Appointment
The OIP also provides advice for undergraduates applying for scholarships and/or post-graduate fellowships, both domestic and international.

The OIP works closely with departmental representatives and academic advisers to ensure that students communicate with their departments about the courses they will take and how those courses will fit into the student's academic program at Princeton. The OIP has worked with departmental representatives to offer advice about studying abroad for specific departments and concentrations. We also offer advice for many certificate programs and for pre-med/pre-health professions.

Below are the additional resources available to you as you explore education abroad:

Peer Advisers
You can also get advice from a Study Abroad Peer Adviser or a International Internship Peer Adviser. Peer Advisers are students who have studied and/or interned abroad and can assist you in determining your goals for your international experience and provide support as you research programs. You can e-mail the Peer Advisers with your questions or to set up a time to meet in person.
