REACHOUT, DALE & LABOUISSE INFORMATION SESSION
Please attend this information session to learn about these excellent Princeton fellowships that undergraduates apply to during the fall semester of their senior year to fund projects undertaken following graduation. This is a great opportunity to design your own project. Please note that both the ReachOut and Dale allow students to undertake projects in either the U.S. or internationally. All students (especially juniors) interested in applying for Dale, Reachout56-81-06, and Labouisse Scholarships are encouraged to attend. Representatives from each of these Princeton-specific scholarships will be on hand to discuss the parameters of the projects they fund and the application process. More information about these awards can be found on the Fellowship Advising website: http://www.princeton.edu/oip/fellowships/major-awards/

DOING RESEARCH ABROAD: METHODS, ETHICS, & CULTURAL DIFFERENCE
This session will introduce research methods and orientations from anthropology and the social sciences that can help you make the most of your international experience, regardless of whether you are carrying out a formal research project. We will also discuss research ethics regulations and Princeton’s Institutional Review Board (IRB), and provide guidance on adjusting to and learning from cultural difference.
