INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION WEEK: NOVEMBER 12-16 The Davis International Center and the Office of International Programs invite you to join us for events to celebrate International Education Week 2012. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education is part of an effort to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the U.S. · 1:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. BOREN SCHOLARSHIP & FELLOWSHIP INFO SESSION Craig Fredrickson of the Boren Scholarship and Fellowship program will give an information session to interested students. Boren Scholarships provide up to $20,000 to U.S. undergraduate students to study abroad in areas of the world that are critical to U.S. interests and underrepresented in study abroad, including Africa, Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
