International Palate Recipe Contest

In addition to submitting your very best photos from abroad to the 4th Annual International Eye Photo
Contest this fall, you can also share your favorite recipe from your host country for all on campus to try!
Princeton Dining Services, in collaboration with the OIP, is sponsoring a contest called “International Palate.” Simply submit a recipe from your host country on the International Palate Recipe Submission Form along with a brief statement on how you encountered it. The deadline for submission is Friday, September 30, 2011.
If you don't have an actual recipe for a favorite food from abroad, just provide us with as many details as you can. We can track down a recipe and the chefs will do the rest!
If your recipe is selected, it will be featured in either your residential college or at Frist, along with a brief profile of your experience abroad. We look forward to seeing--and even more to trying--your recipes from abroad. Buon appetito!
