| Study Abroad Approval Application (academic year study abroad) |
Students intending to study abroad during the academic year must complete the three-part Study Approval Application by May 1 for fall semester or academic year abroad and November 1 for spring semester abroad. Note: You must also submit application materials directly to the overseas program to which you are applying! Note: The Study Abroad Approval Application is NOT required for summer study abroad. |
| Petition to Attend a Non-Princeton-Approved Program/University | In addition to completing the Study Abroad Approval Application, if you have chosen a program not already approved by Princeton, you will need to follow the petition instructions. |

| Study Abroad Evaluation--Academic Year (.doc) | Please fill out evaluation form as thoroughly as possible. Please note that we need to receive an official transcript from your program/university and your evaluation before credit can be granted for your studies abroad. |
| Study Abroad Peer Advising and Consent Form (.pdf) | We invite you to join the Study Abroad Peer Advising Program. Study abroad peer advisers take part in informational meetings, panel discussions, the Study Abroad Fair, College study breaks, pre-departure meetings, etc. |
| Interval Medical History Form (.pdf) | All students returning from academic year study abroad are required to have a new Tuberculin test. You can have your test administered at McCosh for no charge. If you plan to do that, please note that on the form (question 5). A clinician's signature is required only if you have updated immunizations. |
| Distribution Area Requirement Form for Students Who Have Studied Abroad (.pdf) | Students returning from academic year study abroad should use this form if they need to have courses reviewed for distribution credit. |

| Dean's Fund for Summer Study Abroad Funding Application | Funding is available for structured academic summer study abroad and language programs lasting at least four weeks. Note: If you need summer study abroad courses pre-approved for credit, please complete the Approval Form for a Course Taken at Another Institution (see links below). |
