I am a junior from Duxbury, MA concentrating in History with certificates in French and European Politics and Society. Through an internship with Princeton in France, I spent the summer of 2012 working at the Librairie Droz, a small, academically-oriented publishing house in Paris. I chose the Princeton-Sciences Po exchange because of the opportunity, through direct enrollment at one of France's leading universities, to pursue my academic interests in contemporary European and French affairs and hone my language skills with a full course load in French. Sciences Po is an extremely international university and I was really drawn to this global focus and the opportunity to live and study independently in Paris. At Princeton, I am a student associate with the Liechtenstein Institute on Self-Determination, an undergraduate fellow with the EU program, and a peer tutor for French.
