The OIT Support and Operations Center (SOC) provides 24/7/365 support to the University community for campus computing and network-related problems including netIDs and passwords, e-mail, general Office applications and much more.

You may send questions to the SOC at any time. Some questions need additional investigation and take longer to answer; however, you should be contacted by the SOC within 24 hours of submitting this form.
