You may send questions to the Help Desk at any time. E-mail questions are usually answered the next business day, often sooner. Requests for telephone calls are returned during the Help Desk open hours. Some questions need additional investigation and take longer to answer. If this is the case, you will be notified by the Help Desk that we are researching your question.
