This course provides basic tools to the inexperienced individual who may be asked to manage a project or effort. These basic tools include a project management checklist and a SharePoint Project Repository.

Project Management for Princeton Projects
April 8 or June 4
This course prepares participants to manage projects using the Princeton Project Management Methodology.
Advanced Project Management Concepts:
Project Leadership
May 16
Prerequisites: Previous project management experience, education or training.
Description: This workshop provides strategies to improve leadership qualities and specifically focuses on LEAD (Listen, Encourage, Act, Delegate). Lunch will be provided.
Identifying and Managing Risks, Issues, Action Items & Decisions
September 24
Prerequisites: Previous project management experience, education or training.
Description: This course defines risks, issues, action items and decisions, shares best practices in the identification and tracking of risks, issues, action items and decisions, and encourages the use of a RAID List as a tool to track and manage risks, action items, issues and decisions during the course of a project.
Lunch will be provided.
