OIT is aware of some users having problems printing PDF files since being upgraded to Acrobat / Reader 8.11. This includes printing from services such as the OIT Information Warehouse. The main symptom is receiving the Adobe error "This document could not be printed." This problem is sporadic and can depend on the type of printer. If you use multiple printers, some may work, while others get the error. Until a permanent solution is found, a temporary workaround can be found at:
