As part of the campus-wide migration from an Exchange 2003 to an Exchange 2010 server environment, OIT has updated the Exchange WebMail (OWA) interface.
A welcome and details about the IT support and resources that await new students have been published to the 'Welcome Tigers' website.
The OIT Support and Operations Center (SOC) includes the OIT Help Desk, University Business Application (UBA) support, administrative telephone support, and University operators.
The semester-long e-reader pilot has come to an end, and managers are calling it a success.
