SCORE error messages can be fixed by clearing your browser's cache

There have been reports that some students are having problems using SCORE. If you experience difficulty using the system, clearing the cache on your web browser should correct the problem. To do this, follow the instructions in the OIT KnowledgeBase solution kb.princeton.edu/9922.
