OIT Help Desk Instant Messaging Service expands online chat hours

Due to the positive response from the University computing community, the OIT Help Desk has expanded the hours of Help Desk instant messaging support. The new version of the service is more user-friendly and can be accessed from any browser window without the need for a separate IM client.

OIT Help Desk instant messaging support is now available from during the following hours:

  • Sunday: 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Monday - Thursday: 1 p.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
