OIT launches new website

The Office of Information Technology is pleased to announce the launch of the new OIT website. The website has a new simplified format and design that incorporates new navigation and search tools to complement the tried-and-true features of the current site.

Based on feedback from users, the site is now organized by OIT services. Expressed favorites are also making a reappearance, including the audience pages and easy access to the OIT KnowledgeBase and the OIT Help Desk Outages details. The popular Services A to Z is now the Catalog of Services, which offers a complete inventory of OIT’s many services plus service contact information.

Search on the new site is powered by a separate collection on the University's Google Search Appliance, allowing keyword searches of the OIT core pages as well as the 45-plus sub sites.

The new OIT site is the collaborative effort of all OIT departments. We hope you find the redesign of the site helpful, and we look forward to and encourage feedback that will help improve our site even more.

Please note that previously bookmarked pages will need to be reset to the URLs in the new site. If you need assistance finding information on the new website, please contact us. A convenient "Comments and Suggestions" link has been included in the footer of each page of the OIT main site. Please send all feedback and inquiries using this link.
