Dorm Storm: RCCs provide in-room IT support
Residential Computing Consultants will be holding their annual Dorm Storm support event September 18-20. During the event, RCCs will be visiting student rooms in each of the residential colleges to provide in-room technology support and answers to any IT questions new students may have.
RCCs will begin their Dorm Storm rounds each evening at 7:00 p.m. The schedule of colleges that will be visited each of the nights during the event is:
- Tuesday, Sep. 18 - Butler and Wilson Colleges
- Wednesday, Sep 19 - Rocky and Mahey Colleges
- Thursday, Sep 20 - Whitman and Forbes Colleges
RCCs can help with registering devices and configuring them for the Princeton network, setting up email clients, connecting to a network printer, and just about any IT issue a student may have.
