Migrating to SharePoint 2010: webinar (12/4) and other helpful resources

If you are a SharePoint site owner and migrating your site to SharePoint 2010, you may want to tune into the PULSe webinar on Tuesday, December 4.  "Migrating to SharePoint 2010" will provide an overview of the migration process, highlight the things to watch for, and offer tips for preparing your site for the migration to SharePoint 2010.

For other opportunities to learn more about the new SharePoint 2010, see the SharePoint 2010 Resources page on the Employee Learning Center website.  Here you will find an assortment of information, training, and support resources in a variety of formats that range from on-site info sessions to self-help online tutorials.  You are sure to find one that suites your preferred learning style and schedule.  A few highlights:

  • on-site information sessions (by request)
  • hands-on classroom training through the Employee Learning Center
  • training videos from Microsoft that you can view on your computer
  • PULSe webinars - catch them live or watch the recordings online

    • 2/5 - Working with Libraries in SharePoint 2010 - learrn the new tools for managing and organizing your libraries and sharing and editing their content
