Communication and Collaboration: Conferencing

Web conferencing at Princeton

Description:

iLinc is an integrated audio and web conferencing suite of applications that will enable you to meet, train, present, and collaborate online using Integrated Audio (Voice over IP) and Video (web cams). It has been licensed by the University to enable you to schedule, invite, conduct, and participate in web-based conferencing from your own computer. iLinc also allows a session leader to invite attendees, either from the University community or outside the University, to partake in an online session. All that's needed is an e-mail address. Features include voice communication and the ability to display a file, share your desktop, or even collaborate within an application such as Word or Excel.

For iLinc Frequently Asked Questions, see kb.princeton.edu/9984 and for instructions on setting up a meeting, see kb.princeton.edu/9983.
