ETC offers templated web solutions for faculty members and researchers to present the equivalent of an online CV or professional portfolio. The service used the Drupal-based OpenScholar, an open-source project based at Harvard's Institute for Quantitative Social Science.

The templated pages of OpenScholar allow for CV/bio pages, publications, research interests, courses taught, blog posts, announcements, events, software projects, collaborative partners, image galleries, and other features common to e-portfolio or academic project pages. Users can also create custom pages within the framework.

The service is free of charge, but does not include custom design. Rather, there are many variations of predesigned templates available.

MyFax is a convenient Internet service that lets you send and receive faxes through your e-mail, and replaces the OIT Campus Fax Gateway as the recommended and supported process for faxing from your computer.

Media Services provides film projection, both 16mm and 35mm, in the Jimmy Stewart Theater, 185 Nassau Street. Projection is in support of courses for the Visual Arts, Women's Studies, Italian, Art Museum, and Comparative Literature departments.

The Financial Aid system is a web based financial aid application that enhances and streamlines the system data and business process within the overall financial aid functions.It electronically distributes Need Analysis and Packaging to the appropriate person(s) for approval; distributes the Need Analyst and Reviewer Approvals to create the master award; provides standardized reports and ad hoc queries; provides self service tool for prospective students, returning students, parents. The benefit for students and parents is the ability to go on line anytime to make an application for financial aid.

The Humanities Resource Center (HRC) supports the use of audio, video, and other multimedia materials for specific assignments and for self-directed study. Materials can be placed on reserve in the HRC or can be integrated into a Blackboard course website. The Center also subscribes to nine foreign language satellite television channels

PSIG offers full cycle implementation and maintenance services for Visa Services System to enable electronic reporting to Student Exchange and Visitor Information System (SEVIS), as federal mandate, required by the enhanced Patriot act enacted in November 2001

 These services include project management, business analysis, technology/packaged software selection support, customer and user group education/facilitation, integrations with other enterprise applications and development of limited custom solutions to best extend the application of the packaged software to meet the business needs.

PSIG also offers application support to Visa Services, working closely with customer representatives to resolve any technical issues that may arise, engaging third party expertise as necessary.
