Broadcast Center Studio
- Description:
The Broadcast Center Studio located in the Lewis Library on Washington Rd. and Ivy Lane is a state-of-the-art HD facility. The Studio provides a direct link to all the major TV and Radio networks allowing faculty and staff the ability to broadcast across the country and around the world. The Studio can be customized for blue/green screen shoots, interviews, teleprompter and other various setups. In addition to high definition video and television production, the Broadcast Center Studio is available for the recording and transmitting of live interviews for radio via ISDN and/or telephone connections. A staff member will set up the recording studio for your broadcast and handle the connection to journalists. The audio recording studio has four broadcast grade microphones which are sent to a control room with Digidesign ProTools and a Telos Zephyr ISDN encoder/decoder capable of interfacing with any codec required by remote radio or television stations.
