- The PAC group will upgrade and enhance the 3rd party CS Housing software application to help the Housing Office gain more value and efficiency out of their automated processes and to provide better end-user services for the population serviced by the Housing Office.Interfaces can be established to make Housing data, including emergency contact information, available to other applications, as well as incorporate personal information from other data repositories.The PAC group will also deliver custom web applications to fill gaps in the CS Housing software. This is primarily done to meet specific Housing Office business needs that deviate from the base package design and to compensate for functional gaps within the vendor package.
