BlackBoard (Campus Card Transaction System)


PSIG offers full cycle implementation and maintenance services for Campus Card Transaction System to effectively facilitate purchase of goods and services, on and off campus, using meal plans, Paw Points, and various charge accounts for students and departments.

These services include project management, business analysis, technology/packaged software selection support, customer and user group education/facilitation, integration with other enterprise applications and development of limited custom solutions to best extend the application of the packaged software to meet the business needs.

PSIG also serves as second level application support to the TigerCard Office, working closely with customer representatives to resolve any technical issues that may arise, engaging third party expertise as necessary.

Any department desiring to use Paw Points as a method of tender should contact the TigerCard Office (TCO). TCO will work with the department to find a equipment solution to best fit their needs. The TCO will explain the service, support and fees associated with the use of the CCTS.
