Profile
As the ERA Manager, Kyle Burkhardt is responsible for managing the Coeus software package used by the University for tracking faculty proposals from the proposal through awards stage. She assists academic and department users with Coeus questions and challenges daily. She teaches a series of hands-on Coeus classes for new and current users, and periodically talks about Coeus at "Coffee with ORPA." She leads the testing effort for Coeus upgrades and maintains Coeus documentation.
She also serves as Princeton’s Pivot Liaison, giving Pivot demos to groups on campus and answering questions about Pivot. Her other responsibilities include assigning proposals to the University Research Board readers, overseeing the CITI data feed, serving on the Functional Equivalency committee for Kuali-Coeus, and working on the grants section of the Princeton Prime project.
