As ERA Manager, Kyle Burkhardt is responsible for managing Coeus, PeopleSoft Grants, and Pivot for ORPA.
Coeus is the software package used by the University for tracking faculty proposals. She leads the testing effort for Coeus upgrades and maintains Coeus documentation.
PS Grants is used by the University to track sponsored research awards and subawards. Kyle trains ORPA staff how to use PS Grants, and teaches departmental users how to find ORPA sponsored research data in the Information Warehouse. She also writes documentation and quick guides regarding ORPA sponsored research data.
Kyle serves as Princeton’s Pivot Liaison, demonstrating how to use Pivot to find funding and collaboration opportunities.
She also assigns and tracks proposals to be reviewed by the University Research Board.
Kyle joined ORPA in 2007, having previously worked as the Lead Biochemical Information Specialist at the Research Collaboratory for Structural Bioinformatics Protein Data Bank at Rutgers University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry with honors from Bryn Mawr College.
