Office of Research and Project Administration

As a Sponsored Research Specialist, Teresa serves as a liaison with University faculty, department administrators, central offices, and all federal, corporate and foundation sponsors. She is also responsible for providing administrative and operational support in all aspects of pre- and post-award activities relating to the Grant and Contract Administration team.   She assists with the day-to-day sponsored award activities, including reviewing and interpreting proposal budgets and sponsored award agreement terms in order to enter pertinent information into the Coeus grants management database; guiding faculty and departments in award management through sub-recipient invoice desk audits, award re-budgeting requests, and closeout notifications; and serving as a resource to the ERA & Coeus Coordinator with testing and questions regarding award processing and Coeus budgets.
