Coeus Forms
Forms for PIs and for requesting Coeus rights are available:

The PI Certification Form must be signed by PIs for NSF and NIH sponsored proposals.
- Print or email the PI Yes/No Questionnaire for the PI for each proposal.
- New User Request Form to request rights for new Coeus users.
- Change a current user's Coeus rights with the Current User Request Form.
